At the Center for Peace Education, learning about values means making a personal commitment to live them. We asked our students to write and sign their own peace pledges (i.e., promising to uphold principles of honesty, respect, and nonviolence).
In, the attached photos, students like Dixon and Manfred wrote inspiring commitments to:
Choose understanding over arguing during tough conversations.
Reject insults, fighting, and division.
Respect and see everyone equally, no matter who they are.
Thank you for your continued support!
