The Act of Negotiation: Learning to Build Bridges: We taught our young peacemakers that while war is about one side winning and the other losing, peace education focuses on a "win-win" outcome.
This means both sides get enough of what they need to smile, shake hands, and say, "Oh Yes, I agree to this deal!"
