I found your blog by searching for information about St. Paul bridge. My son is from Liberia, we adopted him in 2004, he was born in 2003. We have never been able to go to Liberia yet. Hopefully someday when he is older we can go and see the country of his birth. On his passport it says that he lived at St. Paul Bridge but was born in Westpoint, Sinoe county. I believe that when his birth mother put him up for adoption they were homeless and living in the St. Paul bridge area.
